What the bloody hell?? So UniEssex gives like a £16 discount on the cost of a room if you pay for it online. So my Ma went online to pay for it. At least, she tried. It requires not only the code thingy that they provided us on the room assignment invoice, but also a MyEssex username and password. Which,

1) Was not provided for me.
2) I wasn't even aware of MyEssex until my Ma tried to pay for my room.
3) The website fails to explain how to get a sodding MyEssex username and password.

Grrr! Miami was not this difficult. Nobody seems to want to inform me of anything and that kinda sucks seeing as I'm the one who'll be going to Essex.
